We ship all packages via USPS. It is our responsibility to package and ship all items that are purchased, however we do not have any control over the package once it has shipped.

We are not responsible for any damaged, partially missing, lost, misrouted, delayed or not delivered shipments.

If any such issues arise you must contact and work with USPS directly to resolve the issue. It takes us at minimum 3-5 business days to process and ship orders.

Returns and Refunds

If you have problems with your Crescent Moon Labs Liquid, we strongly recommend you contact us first at: support@crescentlabs.com, or click clicking the email icon on the bottom of our site to see if we can help troubleshoot the problem.

Please note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for our e-liquid.


Hardware will only be exchanged if you receive the product in defective, or DOA condition. Some hardware may be subject to manufacturer warranty. If available, warranty information will be provided in the item description for those products.
